Hello, my name is King. I am an 18 month old Pitbull mix that weighs approx. 80 lbs. I was surrendered to RAC due to my previous home no longer being able to care for me. I am a shy guy that will need a person or family that has the time and patience to help me be the best dog I can be. I am 110% a foodie! I will basically do anything for snacks and am a connoisseur of yummy treats. I do take a minute to warm up to new people but once I do, I consider them my newest best friend! I am leash and crate trained. I have done well with my litter mate but a meet and greet is required if you have another dog in the home. I would do best in an adult only home. My adoption fee is $125. I am neutered, microchipped, current on my rabies vaccination and basic boosters, and I am heartworm negative! IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
