Meet Josey! Josey is an 1 year old, female, Shepherd mix that weighs around 57 lbs. She was originally found off of Windjammer Lane at the Harbor in Rockwall on 03/13/23 and sadly never reclaimed. Josey is a smart active girl that is looking for a FURever home of her own. Josey has done well with other dogs but a meet and greet is suggested prior to adoption if you have other pets in the home. Josey has been searching for her furr ever home for 410 days as of 04/26/24 and is a Diamond Dog! Her adoption fee is $75. She is spayed, microchipped, current on her rabies vaccination, and basic boosters and is heartworm negative! All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
