Male Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier

American Pit Bull Terrier / Labrador Retriever / Mixed

Description:

Meet Guinness Guinness is a 4-year-old Pit Bull/Lab mix weighing approximately 43 pounds who is ready to find his pot of gold at the end of the rainbow- a loving forever home. He was found running loose on Misty Ridge Lane on 03/02/26 and was never reclaimed, but that hasn't dampened his cheerful, goofy spirit one bit. This handsome boy has a sweet, friendly demeanor and truly enjoys meeting both people and other dogs. Guinness does well with other dogs who can handle his energetic, playful style. He can be a little enthusiastic- and yes, a bit obnoxious at times- but it all comes from a happy, social place. His goofy personality is impossible not to love, and he's guaranteed to keep you smiling. A meet and greet is recommended for any home with existing pets to ensure a good fit. Guinness knows some basic commands and walks fairly well on a leash. As a newer resident, staff are still learning more about him and will continue to update his bio as they get to know him better. His adoption fee is $125. Guinness is neutered, microchipped, current on his rabies vaccination and basic boosters. He has tested heartworm positive; however, thanks to our partnership with Rockwall PAWS, his treatment can be provided at little to no cost to his adopter. If you're looking for a fun-loving, slightly silly, and incredibly lovable companion, Guinness may be your perfect match.
