Hi! I'm Alex! I'm an approximately 7 month old, male, Shepherd/Lab mix. I was surrendered on 12/17/2024 because I was part of a surprise litter, and my humans weren't able to keep us. I am a sweet pup with lots of puppy energy. According to my previous owner, I do well with other dogs, cats, and kids of all ages. I like to play fetch but am not very good at giving the toy back after you throw it. I am currently learning sit and stay and how to walk like a gentleman on a leash. If you have another dog in the home, a meet and greet is encouraged to make sure we get along before taking me home. I have been searching for my fur-ever family for 137 days as of 05/03/25 and am now a Diamond Dog. My adoption fee is $75. I am neutered, microchipped, current on my rabies vaccination, 1st set of puppy boosters, and 1st dewormer. Meet and greets will be scheduled by approved application only. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
