Winkle is a young (1.5-2 years old) boy that was picked up locally as a stray. He is a great dog and is very dog/people friendly! He seems to love everyone and everything. Winkle will need some work on his leash manners but that should be easy for him. He's also quite the talker and has a lot to say!
