Tanner needs your help! This 1 year old adorable pup is feeling the stress of the shelter, and needs a quiet home to decompress ASAP. A volunteer who took Tanner on an outing last week told us that he is the sweetest little dude with the biggest heart. He loves giving cuddles, hugs and affection to his people. Just see his pictures to see how affectionate he can be! He loved entertaining himself with a chew toy bone, cuddling on the couch and running around in the grass!He has experience living with older kids, and is very playful. At 1 year old, that is no surprise! He still has his puppy energy, but still, he has a longer attention span than a baby pup. Adopting a 1 year old like Tanner will give you an opportunity to shape and mold his behavior, and create lasting bond together from the start!Tanner does come with specific living requirements. He should be the only dog in the house, and would prefer a quiet home with enclosed outdoor space (secure fenced in backyard). This will help him decompress from the stress of the shelter and allow him to play and go to the bathroom without being overwhelmed.Can you provide Tanner a safe and quiet space to decompress? He is available for both foster and adoption. While he comes with specific requirements, he has SO much love to give and would love to meet you at AAC today.
