Description:
We rescued Lola from Memphis Animal Control on 4-26-25. She was found close to their facility, with another dog and was very underweight. She becomes more beautiful by the day. Lola is a sweet, laid back girl, who enjoys the simple pleasures in life (napping and eating) and is ready to find her forever family to retire with. She’s 8-10 years old, about 40 lbs, and potty trained. She isn’t crate trained in her foster home, but sleeps peacefully at night in her room. Lola enjoys going to Petco and meeting new people, she gets along with other dogs, but does try to chase cats, so is likely best suited for a home with no cats, unless the situation can be managed. She does have some back issues and requires daily pain medication (currently less than $20 a month). We believe a calm home, with no small children would be best.
