Blue was adopted from us in 2021 as a tiny pup. Owners contacted us 8-2025 to ask us to take him back as they are moving and do not have room for him at the new home. We have learned that he has lived on a runner in the back yard with access to the garage his entire 4 year life. His skin is in horrible condition and he is terrified.
