We are an all-volunteer/foster home-based rescue. Apply to adopt by filling out the online adoption application on our main website dakotadachshundrescue.org Click on Adoption Info under the Navigation bar on the left side of the page. Fill out the form by clicking on the picture of the computer screen with our logo on it. Indigo, or Indie as her foster mom calls her :) Indie is a blue brindle longhair, she blew her coat after having puppies, we hope with some good nutrition and veterinarian care her beautiful coat will grow back. Indie is a blue dog which means she can have color dilution alopecia. She is an absolute sweetheart just settling into her foster home. We will update her bio once we get to know her better. My adoption fee helps cover all of my vetting needs such as HW test, rabies, DHPPL, Bordetella, spay, dental if needed and microchipping.
