Description:
Sugar was born 9/3/19 and weighs around 45 pounds. She honestly looks like an oversized Puggle. She is house/crate trained, loves baths and walks. She also likes to snuggle under covers or blankets with her person. She gets along great with other dogs here at the rescue but has never been around cats and has rough play energy with other dogs. Sugar also sits on command and can catch a treat in the air and also loves toys. She can be a little timid on first meeting but warms right up. Once she is in a home, she does become a protective girl. She will bark and growl at strangers but we have never seen her be aggressive or nippy with anyone. She is a great guard dog is all. She would probably be best in a quiet adult home without a lot of people in and out and maybe no dogs as she wants all the love. We love her little quirky personality here at the rescue and she runs with the other dogs all day. Sugar is spayed, microchipped and current on shots, heartworm and flea prevention.
