Quincy is wonderful with kids and and other dogs. He’s affectionate and cuddly, happiest lounging on the couch or stretching out at your feet. He’s the perfect “lap dog in a big dog body” — equally content to relax inside or hang out in the yard soaking up the sunshine. This boy would do best with a confident, responsible owner who understands protective dogs. He is naturally watchful and will alert you if someone comes onto or into your property, making him a great deterrent and loyal companion. He is very loving and affectionate with his owners, bonding closely to his people. However, he is not a fan of guests and should be crated when visitors are present to keep everyone comfortable and safe. Even though he is good with kids( he lived with a family with 2 young children for a month), he should be adopted to a home without children.
