Ricky is a very high energy boy who would greatly benefit from an active home or someone with other dogs to help him burn some energy! He loves other dogs, knows sit, and is house trained. Ricky was surrendered to us by his previous owners for having too much energy for the home he was in at the time. Thanks to his loving foster mom, she pulled him from the at-risk list, literally saving his life and now he gets the opportunity to join us at events to continue his search for his forever home!City of Tulsa Animal Welfare Tuesday through Friday, noon to 6pm Saturday, noon to 4pm918-669-6280
