Tito was found starving out in a rural Oklahoma town. Lucky for him, a kind lady took him in and attempted to find owners, but it became clear he was dumped. Now he's in our rescue and thriving! He's great with other dogs, has mastered house and crate training, and just sweet as sugar. ADOPT HIM!
