Joey is currently in a foster home. He is NOT at the shelter. Joey is such a fun guy. Joey is a male cattle dog mix that weighs 45 pounds. He is approximately 2 years old. He originally came to us as a transfer from a neighboring shelter. This guy is fun, fun, fun. He is a high energy dog that will thrive with daily walks, hikes, or fun adventures. He will need a strong handler because he can pull on walks. He can also jump high so a high fenced in yard is recommended. Joey has giant radar ears that make him look so cute and lovable. Joey is dog and cat friendly. As always, a meet and greet with any resident canine is required. Cattle dogs love having jobs to do. Dogs that love to play all day long are Joey’s jam. Older kids are fine for Joey. Please do your research on the breed before adopting; we would prefer someone experienced with this breed.
