Female Dog, Boxer

Boxer / Mixed (Short Coat)

Description:

Yuki is approximately 2.5 years old. She is an unknown mix breed, but labeled as a boxer mix with the rescue. Yuki is deaf but she does know some sign language. She is a "stage 5 clinger" as some call it... she will follow her person around everywhere because those precious ears dont work. The positive of this... family chaos, fireworks, loud kids other barking dogs... none of that gets her upset. Yuki is very aware of her surroundings and pays close attention to the horse farm down the road, the deer that bed out front, and even the toads that hang out around the pool yard. Yuki does great with all dogs, all people including kids, and seems good with cats as well. This social girl enjoys camping with her foster family and is a regular favorite amongst the other campers. Yuki is full of puppy energy still and loves to run fast, so a fence would be beneficial to her. Yuki DOES NOT CRATE WELL... she has anxiety from an unknown cause and she does not calm down easily in a kennel/crate. Because of this, she is not crated in her foster home and does well being left out while her foster family is away. YUKI IS A LOVER.... she is the single most sweetest girl!! She is layed back and easy going, and walks amazing on a leash. She knows no personal space. Anyone interested in adopting Yuki, please reach out to Adopt A Pit Rescue. You wont regret making her a part of your family. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.
