Female Dog,

Unknown Breed (Short Coat)

Description:

Meet Lucky Clover, a 2 year old, 46 pound mixed breed with a heart of gold! This adorable canine thrives in her lively home, where she happily plays with her furry companions. Despite her playful nature, Lucky Clover has a soft spot for her grumpy feline housemates, sometimes attempting to engage them in her playful antics. However, she’s respectful and knows to leave the cats alone when told to, making her a great fit for a multi-pet household. Lucky Clover isn’t all play. She loves a good training session and is a quick learner. She has learned to lay down at your feet quietly after a romp in the yard. She’s not much of a chewer but she does like a quality lick mat or kong while she relaxes. Lucky Clover is crate trained and house trained, making her a perfect addition to any family. She knows commands like “sit,” “paw,” and “go sit” (place), showcasing her intelligence and eagerness to learn. During walks, she sports a Herm Sprenger prong collar, which helps her walk nicely on a leash. Unlike many dogs, Lucky Clover has a distinct preference for toys over treats, finding endless fun in a game of fetch or tug-of-war. Whether she’s romping around with her dog friends or trying to win over the cats, Lucky Clover brings a delightful energy to her foster home. With her playful spirit and loving personality, she’s ready to find her forever family! All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.
