KARMA is ready to live her best life! She is a stunning Labradoodle girl, about 1 year old and fully grown at 40 pounds. She's a trim leggy girl, but right now she's a little too thin and could stand to gain 3-5 pounds. Karma is a friendly girl who wants to say "hi" to everyone she meets. She was found dumped in a rural area and was on the run for a few weeks before she could be caught. Her fur was a matted mess so she had to be closely clipped to get rid of all the nastiness. She will require regular grooming to keep her looking and feeling good. Karma is dog friendly but a bit timid and can be overwhelmed by rowdy dogs. She's best suited to a home with a physically-fenced yard. If you'd like to meet Karma, please fill out a dog adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter. Our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care. Our adoptable dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, dewormed and current on flea and tick and heartworm prevention.
