A479864`Bentley`9-year-old, neutered male Shih-tzuBentley was relinquished to the shelter by his previous owner, who intended to travel during the holidays and did not wish to take Bentley along. Upon arrival, Bentley presented with mats, fleas, a skin infection, and bilateral ear infections, which have since been treated. Additionally, matted hair wrapped around Bentley's teeth was removed; however, a dental cleaning by a veterinarian will be necessary for his future care.Please note that Bentley requires grooming, but this must be delayed for two weeks following his neuteration. Bentley has received the distemper-parvo vaccine, bordetella vaccine, rabies vaccine, dewormer, flea prevention, and has been microchipped and neutered.Adoption hours are Monday through Friday, 11:00-3:30, and Saturday, 8:00-11:30. If you have another dog or children at home, meet-and-greets are mandatory.
