?? Meet Roxie – Sweet, Friendly, and Ready for Forever! ??Roxie is a 1 year, 7 month old girl who was recently adopted from us but, through no fault of her own, returned after just three weeks. Her previous family simply wasn’t able to give her the time she needed to fully adjust—but during her short stay, we learned so much about what a wonderful dog she truly is!?? Roxie is known to be sweet, friendly, and great with children. She even proved to be a superstar at vet exams—if she were human, she’d leave every visit with a sticker and a sucker! ????She’s also social with other dogs—when she met a similar-sized female here, her happy tail wags said it all! While in her former home, she was mostly confined to an outdoor space and often reacted when neighbor dogs came near the fence. This likely came from trying to protect her space, but now Roxie is ready for something new: an inside life filled with love, spoiling, and the security of family by her side.Because our adoption kennels are full, you won’t see Roxie out front—but please ask staff to bring her up to meet you.
