For nearly a week, he was spotted running around the neighborhood, always just out of reach. Each time someone tried to approach, Bowie would dart away — turning it into a game of hide-and-seek that had everyone rooting for his safety.Thankfully, his caring neighbors were finally able to slip a leash on him and keep him safe in their garage until our officers could arrive. Once here at the shelter, Bowie started to show his playful side!
