Toto is a 3-year-old, 11lb black Terrier mix. Toto may not have use of one of his legs due to a previous knee injury, but that doesn't stop him from getting around just fine. Toto can climb up stairs and romp around the yard just like any other dog. His foster describes him as a "total lovebug", always wanting affection from his person. Toto can be dog selective so a dog meet would be best. Due to his special physical needs, Toto will need a patient adopter, he came to us with a previously broken back and because of this he is incontinent but can wear diapers to help.
