His friendly nature and wagging tail make him the life of the party wherever he goes. Oscar is always ready to make new friends with both people and other dogs! He hasn’t met kids or cats yet, but with his young age and friendly personality he should be fine with them. He doesn’t require a fence right now because he sticks close to his foster parents and fur siblings. Oscar is a sweetheart who loves nothing more than snuggling up with his favorite humans after a day of fun. Oscar is learning to be the perfect house guest and has almost mastered it. He is both house and crate trained. He will let you know when he needs to go out by singing a lovely tune for you. He is still learning the difference between toys and other interesting items so better keep your shoes in the closet out of his reach.
