Volunteer notes, 5/2/24:Baxter is a bouncy, goofy little love bug who is absolutely delightful to play with in the yard. He loves to show off his zoomies and ball fetching skills, and will demonstrate his knowledge of commands in exchange for treats. You cannot watch this dog play without laughing; he is full of infectious joy!
