Description:
JETHRO ~5 months old. Good with dogs and older, considerate kids. Cats TBD. GSRA adopts to residents of VA, NC, and SC only. Hard to believe but this little guy was found as a stray at around 6 weeks of age, at which time the shelter took great care of him until he moved to GSRA. Fast forward a few weeks and sweet little Jethro is all puppy all the time. He’s about 5 months old and likely will be on the smaller side of average for a male GSD. He’s still very mouthy so no small children. He’s good with large and smalls dogs. He is a little shy and would do best with a playful companion. Jethro is working hard on house training, he routinely keeps his crate dry at night and sleeps through the night consistently. He is very good at peeing outside when told to, he just needs more time to gain greater bladder strength and until then will need a family that will take him out frequently. Jethro feels safe in his crate and will frequently go in by himself with a toy or to take a nap. Jethro is a great car rider and learning to leash walk now that he’s had most of his vaccines.
