Description:
Meet Jonquil Named after the bright, cheerful flower, this sweet girl is ready to bring that same sunshine into your life. At just 6 to 8 months old and 41 pounds, Jonquil is the perfect mix of playful puppy energy and growing maturity. She’s already spayed and well on her way to becoming an incredible lifelong companion. Jonquil is full of confidence and curiosity. She loves exploring the world around her, making new friends, and soaking up all the attention she can get. She’s great with both people and other dogs, making her a wonderful addition to a variety of homes. She has not yet been tested with cats. For a young pup, Jonquil is impressively well-mannered. She is house trained and sleeps soundly through the night. She’s currently working on crate training and making great progress. Even better, she hasn’t shown any destructive tendencies so far, which is always a huge win with a puppy. Jonquil would thrive in a home that can keep up with her playful spirit while continuing to guide her as she grows. With her sweet personality, confidence, and eagerness to learn, she has all the makings of an amazing best friend. If you’re looking for a happy, energetic, and loving companion, Jonquil might just be your perfect match. If you are interested in adopting Jonquil, please submit an inquiry directly to Greater Charlotte SPCA by visiting charlottespca.org/adopt. The adoption amount is a suggested donation of $200 to $300 dollars based on the pet's age. **Because our rescue is composed entirely of volunteers, local applications will take precedence. We will accept out of town applications, but any family is responsible for coming to Charlotte to complete a meet and greet. All out of town applicants will also have to be willing to drive to Charlotte to pick up the pet as soon as they are approved to adopt. **
