Hello all! This is Miranda and she came to OCAS as a stray, so we do not know much about her past history. When Miranda came to us, it was obvious she had a limp on her back leg and she was a little painful. The DVM examined her and determined that she likely has a CCL tear (questions about this? Ask staff for a peek at her medical records!). Miranda has been placed on supportive medications to help ease any discomfort she may be feeling. We recommend taking her to a full service veterinarian for a more thorough exam. This sweet girl is beautiful and she still has a good quality of life. She's eager to find her new forever family who can shower her with love, comfy beds and tasty treats! She is a very sweet and loving dog who has those precious puppy eyes that make you melt! Please be aware that due to her knee issue that she can not go on long walks/hikes and likely not able to do stairs. She would love to chill with you in a relaxed environment though!
