Hello! I am a handsome guy that came to the shelter as a stray, so my history is mostly a mystery.Foster insights on Hambone:`Hambone is a very sweet and loving dog. He is a little hesitant with tall man, but friendly with everyone else. He pulls on the leash, but he can be redirected. Hambone is very handsome good boy!! He loves giving kisses to his favorite people!``Hambone is my favorite dog ever. He is just so joyous with everyone he meets. We went on a good run together and although he would stop to sniff things, he loved being able to move. If I ever needed to slow down to let someone pass or to cross a street he immediately listens and is well trained on a leash. The only verbal command that really worked was âcome hereâ, although he is a pretty agreeable guy. Have never heard him bark or show any aggression. Very tolerable of every person/animal we encounter. He really likes car rides and will climb around all the seats of the car he is able to get close to you and will definitely settle on your lap even if you are driving. I think Hambone forgets he is almost 70 pounds! He loves ear scratches the best and will definitely lick your face intensely to show you love. Highly recommend!`
