Travis is a fun loving handsome puppy who is looking for his forever home after being cared for by Best Friend Pet Adoption since he as only two days old. Look at him now and read his story below. He loves to play with his siblings and is working hard on his housebreaking skills. He sleeps in an open crate within a puppy pen where he feels safe and comfortable. Travis would be a great dog. He would love to live in a home with another dog and a fenced yard that they romp around in. An active family would also be a good fit for him. He will bring a spark of joy to any family that adopts him. Puppies this young need to be tended to during the day and let outside often to encourage housebreaking. If adopters are not home during the day, they will need to have a plan in place for someone to check on Travis during the day. Travis is ready to start an adoption trial now. Are you ready for him? EVERY DOG HAS A STORY: Eleven puppies were turned into a local shelter when they were two days old. They were found with no mother in sight and umbilical cords still attached. Best Friend Pet Adoption and another shelter rescued all the puppies. We took three puppies and bottle fed them. They are now healthy, growing quickly and looking for their forever homes. You must be willing to bring Patrick to a BFPA veterinarian in the Raleigh/ Cary area for all medical care prior to adoptions being finalized.
