We’d love to introduce you to Una, a year old (50lb) bundle of love and joy who will be the friend of a lifetime. She is exceptionally smart and very social, and has not met a person (young or old) that she does not charm. She is always up for adventures big and small, accompanying you on hikes or long walk. She is also an incredible snuggler and enjoys chilling with her family chomping on a bully stick. She would be the best fit with humans who are mobile and active because of her age and energy levels. She has already completed some training and is a very fast learner; she is very motivated by food, toys and affection. She does very well with other dogs, but we do not recommend that she be placed in a home with young children or smaller pets because of her size/strength and the overstimulation from busy children. However, she does LOVE to play with similar-sized dogs. This great girl will make some lucky human’s heart sing! Una was born around 5/1/23 and is now vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, and on monthly flea and heartworm prevention. Some of the pics further down are puppy pics! All Mountain Pet Rescue (Asheville) animals are up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered and micro-chipped before adoption.
