He's about 60 pounds but could stand to gain a few more and build some muscle. He is fully housebroken, a fantastic walking buddy, quiet, calm, friendly, and a quick learner. His foster says he has "bottomless patience" and lets her wipe his paws, put him in pj's, and clean his ears without fuss. This poor boy was locked in a trash room for days in the middle of winter, emaciated with sores all over his body. His eyes were a mess, and the pressure behind his right eye was so severe it had to be removed. But that past is behind him, and he is in a wonderful foster home now. Now, Oscar is looking for a loving home of his own. He'd fit right in with your pack or as a solo dog; he goes with the flow.
