We stepped in to make sure he got the help he needed, and through it all, Oreo showed nothing but quiet bravery and trust.This resilient boy has a giant heart and so much love to give.Oreo Noir has survived the unimaginable, now he just needs someone to love him back.All dogs will be altered, microchipped, and receive age-appropriate vaccines prior to adoption.
