Meet Penny- She's a mill dog rescue, who came to us with an obstruction in her throat that makes it hard for her to breathe. Her treatment for this will be sponsored by PAWNY. She will do best with another dog. She is doing well on her housebreaking but does go often (about every hours) with the meds she is still on. If you are interested in hearing more about her please fill out an application!
