Penguin (TX) is a male border collie mix rescued in Texas. Our veterinary partner estimates that Penguin is 5 months old at the time of intake in March 2024. Penguin is good with people and other dogs. Penguin was homeless wandering the streets doing his best to survive and suffering. RDR has found him and he is receiving the medical attention he needs to be the perfect addition to any family!
