Kellie (AL) is a female Bassett Hound/Shepherd mix estimated to be 5 months old at the time of intake in March 2024. Kellie is up to date on core vaccinations (age-appropriate) and is microchipped. She will be spayed prior to joining her forever home unless there is a medical reason why it has not yet been completed (in which case RDR NYC will work with the adopter to ensure this is done at the appropriate time). Kellie is good with people and other dogs. Kellie was surrendered by her owner so she could have a better life, and that's exactly what we have in store for Kellie! She is a beautiful, low to the ground, pup--a Shepherd in a Bassett body! Kellie is sweet, happy and playful. She is a chatty pup who engages in daily combat with her siblings.
