Shelter life has been overwhelming, so he needs time to breathe, to feel safe, and to learn that the world can be kind again. At first, Zebo is timid. He watches, waits, and quietly hopes you’ll be gentle with him. But with patience, reassurance, and love, he slowly begins to open up — and when he does, it’s something truly special to witness. The trust he gives isn’t rushed; it’s earned, and it’s beautiful. Zebo has a lovely balance of energy: he enjoys moments of enthusiasm, but he also treasures calm evenings, cozy spaces, and simply being near someone who makes him feel secure. He is crate trained, and his crate is his safe place — a reminder that he knows how to settle and feel at home. Zebo isn’t looking for perfection. He’s looking for someone who will give him time. Someone who understands that healing doesn’t happen overnight, and that love grows quietly, one gentle moment at a time.
