Male Dog, Terrier

Terrier / Brussels Griffon / Mixed (Medium Coat)

Description:

The Kramer family has chosen to sponsor the costs of transport and medical care for the 17 Walworth dogs as a Christmas gift in honor of all our fur babies we have lost over the years and all my friends' fur babies that have also crossed the Rainbow Bridge - none will ever be forgotten. Our Christmas wish is that each of the Walworth-furred ones find loving homes where they are cherished. Merry Christmas sweet Pups! Love, Cheryl, Dave, Ryan, and Cassie Kramer Rocky was born around December 11, 2018 and weighs about 10 pounds. Joyful received a message asking for help in the Rochester area with a home that had 30 dogs. The humans started taking in dogs that no one wanted and after a few years, they became overwhelmed and asked for help. Rocky rides well in the car and walks fine on a leash. You will have some work to do on house training and we often suggest potty pads for tiny dogs with tiny bladders. Rocky is an absolutely adorable little guy and he knows it!! Rocky has lived with other dogs but he is very much the boss of the house and if you have another dog he/she will need to be ok with being Rocky's underling. We are going to say no small children or cats bc of his authoritarian views on the world. Rocky adores his humans and loves to cuddle after a day of ruling his kingdom. The Adoption Fee for this dog is $500.00 Adoptions fees vary based on adoptability. In general our fees include spay/neuter, all age appropriate vaccines, Home Again micro-chipping & registration, worming & flea control - a "complete" pet. We accept CASH or Visa/Mastercard ONLY. Joyful Rescues has no funding except for our adoption fees and miscellaneous donations. Pet care and vet bills are expensive - you must be ready to take on this financial (as well as emotional) responsibility. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO ADOPT A DOG FROM JOYFUL RESCUES We keep our pet list as up-to-date as possible. As soon as a pet is adopted, it is removed from the list. If a pet is still showing, it is still available for adoption. Can't Adopt Me?
