Sparky needs SOMEONE to step up for him by February 1st. His foster home is ending, and there is no backup. No plan B. No place for him to go.Sparky is a small, sensitive dog who once had a family he thought was forever. He grew up with kids. He learned how to love. And then one day, everything he knew disappeared. He completed months of dedicated training with the incredible Louis (@magneticdogtraining), working hard on his leash skills and building his confidence. Sparky is 6 years old and just 20 lbs, loyal, and incredibly cuddly once he feels safe. His happiest place is right next to you: curled up on the couch, following you from room to room, simply existing near the person he loves. He is looking for a calmer home, without other dogs or cats.
