The Life of the Party & the Queen of Cuddles!Born on January 1, 2025, Piglet and her six littermates—known as Spirit’s Litter—were a true New Year’s blessing! Their amazing mom, Spirit, was found as a pregnant stray searching for a safe place to bring her babies into the world. Thanks to a kind rescuer, Spirit gave birth in a loving foster home, and now her puppies are thriving and ready for their next big adventure—finding their forever families! Piglet’s Personality: Sweet, Playful & Full of Love!Piglet is a happy-go-lucky pup who adores everyone she meets! She’s always the first to jump up for kisses and belly rubs, but she also loves a good game of chase. This little girl has the perfect balance of playful energy and cuddle time—she’ll make you laugh one minute and melt into your arms the next! Life in Foster Care: Growing & Learning!Piglet has been adjusting beautifully to life in her foster home, where she’s experiencing all kinds of new things! Here’s what we know so far: Other Dogs? She loves them and just wants to play! Cats? She’s respectful and unbothered. Kids? Gentle and playful—she’s a sweetheart! Loud Noises? No problem at all! Sleeping & Potty Training Progress Sleeps through the night! She started sleeping in bed with her foster on the second night and snoozes from 9–10 PM until 5:30 AM. Potty training is in progress! She’s still having accidents but is improving. Right now, she’s using tiny pieces of chicken as a reward (she’s not a fan of traditional treats). Pooping outside is a work in progress—she sometimes waits until she’s back inside, but with patience and consistency, she’s learning! What Piglet LovesPiglet is a chewer, like all puppies! She LOVES bones and will chew just about anything, so her future family should have plenty of chew toys on hand. She’s also super brave—at first, she was scared to go outside through the front door, but she overcame that in just two days! What to Expect as Piglet GrowsWhile Piglet’s exact mix is a mystery, we suspect she has some cattle dog and Great Pyrenees in her. Her mom weighs about 40 lbs, so we expect Piglet to grow into a medium-to-large-sized dog who will be full of love, energy, and enthusiasm for life. Ready to Welcome Piglet Into Your Family? If you’re looking for a puppy who’s equal parts fun and snuggly, Piglet is your perfect match! She’s full of personality, eager to learn, and ready to bring joy, laughter, and unconditional love into her forever home. Apply to adopt Piglet today! She’s ready to start his next chapter—with you!
