How to Adopt Buck is a senior husky who recently lost the only home he has ever known. We believe Buck is around 10 years old. He’s on the smaller side for a husky, and his sweet temperament has touched everyone who’s met him. His temporary foster reports that Buck is house-trained, walks nicely on leash, and is incredibly gentle. Even the shelter staff went above and beyond to keep him safe from euthanasia—and that alone speaks volumes about what a special boy he is. What Buck needs now is a quiet, loving home where he can feel safe and cherished again. He cannot be placed in a home with small animals, but otherwise he’s simply looking for a kind soul to help him enjoy his golden years.
