Tempo is the perfect mix of calm and playful. He is just 13 lbs and ten years old. When life is quiet, he’s a total snuggler who loves to curl up close. But when he’s with other pups, he’ll happily join in on a good run or romp! He’s a loyal little guy who thrives on being near his person and learns household routines quickly — eager to please and ready to adapt to your lifestyle. Tempo loves going for walks and spending time outside. He enjoys being with his human most of all and is always up for exploring the yard or neighborhood. While he hasn’t shown much interest in toys yet, he’s happiest simply being by your side.Tempo has done wonderfully with other small dogs — he plays politely and follows their lead. He hasn’t been tested with cats. He’s house-trained on a consistent schedule (every 4 hours) and will do best in a home where his people are around most of the day.He’s crate-trained and sleeps quietly in his crate at night when it’s near his people, though he may bark briefly when left alone during the day. Because of this, a single-family home (rather than an apartment with shared walls) would suit him best. Tempo isn’t a big runner but can be a bit of an escape artist — he’s curious about the world beyond the fence!
