After a rough start, Phoebe is now thriving in foster care and soaking up all the love and attention she can get. This outgoing girl loves to explore her surroundings and is always ready for her next little adventure. She’s playful, social, and enjoys spending time with people, other dogs, and anyone willing to give her attention or join in on the fun. Phoebe is currently working on her house and crate training and will need a family committed to continuing her training as she grows. With her intelligence and eagerness to engage, she has so much potential to learn and thrive.
