Description:
Spencer is another stray never reclaimed so it's onward and upward for him! He is probably under a year old, doesn't seem to know much about commands or toys but is super sweet and eager to learn! He will make a great addition to any family looking to welcome him home! All Perth Amboy Animal Shelter residents will be fully vaccinated, spayed/neutered and microchipped prior to adoption. You must be 23 or older to adopt from the shelter, complete an Adoption Application and pay the associated adoption fee. The application must be approved by the shelter staff and all adoptions are finalized based on the best interests of our animals.
