Skippy comes to us as a surrender after a Good Samaritan stepped in and rescued him from a heartbreaking life spent chained to a tree . Thankfully, his story is taking a turn for the better, and Skippy is now safe and looking forward to finding the loving forever home he deserves. Skippy is reported to be good with children and other dogs , making him a wonderful potential addition to the right family. However, cats are not on Skippy’s list of friends , so a cat-free home will be best for him.
