Nash is a handsome 4-year-old lab/coonhound mix that was found as a stray and when the shelter traced the chip the owner said he gave the dog away. They no longer wanted him. Nash waited but no one came for him. Nash is a big boy at about 70 pounds but he is gentle and sweet. He passed all the temperament tests at the shelter and was a staff and volunteer favorite. He enjoys attention and loves to be pet. Nash was very nervous at the shelter but was happy to jump in the car for his freedom ride!! Nash is great on a leash and takes treats gently. He knows basic commands and is house-broken. He tested well with dogs and was not all that interested in the cats - he is most interested in people. He is UTD and neutered.
