Pelusa has lots of energy and smarts that need proper outlets. While she seems to want to meet other dogs, she can be quite vocal during interactions due to a lack of proper socialization. She takes time to meet Dogs, but she will eventually relax around them.We are assisting her in reducing external environmental overstimulation.
