Male Dog, Boxer
Boxer / Terrier / Mixed (Short Coat)
Description:
This dog is part of our shelter outreach program where we take dogs from overcrowded shelters in hopes of finding them a forever home here! We generally do not have much background info on them and cannot guarantee they are housebroken. They are all up to date on vaccines, spayed/neutered and microchipped. This adorable Boxer/Pittie mix puppy was rescued from our local county shelter after being found abandoned - but you’d never know it by his sweet nature. At just 5 months old and about 22 lbs, Duncan is all wiggles, love, and puppy kisses! He’s looking for a forever home that understands what it takes to raise a puppy - time, patience, and commitment to training and socialization. A fenced yard and obedience classes are a must for this growing boy (he’ll likely be medium-large when full grown). Duncan seems dog-friendly (meet and greets required) but says no thanks to cats. He’s such a sweetheart who just wants to be loved and finally feel safe. Could you be his happy ending?*Per JSAC policy, puppies and kittens under 6 months will not be adopted to families with children under the age of 6 years.
