Female Dog, Beagle
Beagle
Description:
Jane is a real sweet 6 year old. Jane is a great dog but she does have anxiety. She has separation anxiety so she does need someone home. She is working with her foster family to walk better on leash. She was pulling but has improved greatly. Jane was never socialized with people or dogs and often barked at them. She is improving on that front as well. Jane has been bounced around and was originally an owner surrender. She needs a stable home with someone who is not going to give up on her. Unfortunately, a past owner dumped her in the desert in a remote area. She had to be trapped and no one could get near her for days to even scan her for a microchip. This poor girl has been through a lot. Who will give her the home she needs? Adoption fee is 250 which helps cover all of the medical for all of the dogs in the rescue. All dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped and many have received further treatment for such conditions as lump removal, severe ear infections, dental cleanings, bloodwork, leg injuries, etc.. We do out of state adoptions but require a submitted application, a home visit (sometimes we cannot get this done and then we can not adopt), and the adopter must come to Las Vegas to meet the potential dog(s), possibly adopt, and then drive the dog back. Disclaimer: The SNBRF has the right to deny applications based on our adoption policies established for the consideration of the health, safety, and well-being of the dog. Beagles can have a lifespan of 15-18 years therefore beagles under 3 years of age will not be adopted to anyone over the age of 62. For more information or to submit an adoption application, please visit our website at http://www.southernnevadabeaglerescue.com . We are also on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/SouthernNevadaBeagleRescueFoundation . Come meet and play with our available dogs at Las Vegas area dog parks. Times and locations can be found at http://www.meetup.com/beagles-207/ . Contact us or check our Facebook updates ahead of time if you are interested in meeting a particular dog. All our dogs are in foster homes so not all are available to attend all our park meetups. Our meetup group playdates allow you to socialize your beagle with his/her own breed at dog parks with large fenced areas where the beagles can run and play off-leash. Beagle enthusiasts, come bay with us..... AROOOOOOOOOOOO!
