Freddie was foster/adopted with the knowledge that he was diagnosed with a heart murmur, the adopting family chose to move forward and took Freddie home. Freddie was brought back to the shelter for his neuter surgery on 10/10 but our veterinarian denied the surgery due to health concerns. Foster was notified and decided not to move forward with the adoption process. Per Freddie's medical records: Dental disease grade 2-3/4, heart murmur grade 3-4/6. Cough elicit on tracheal palpation, suspect collapsing trachea. Freddie is calm, quiet and easy to handle. He is a lap dog who just wants to curl up with you. He allow all touch, being picked up and carried around is no problem for him and meeting new dogs did not seem to have any effect on him either.
