He’s got lots of puppy energy, but when he’s not playing with the other dog in his foster home, he’s looking for someone to cuddle with. Toby and his littermates were abandoned, so we don’t know his heritage, but judging by his floppy ears, and wrinkly face, Toby may be a hound mix. Toby is learning puppy manners and getting used to the crate at night, and he is catching on quick to housetraining. He has had his first vaccinations and vet checkup, and his neuter is included in his adoption fee. If you are looking for a smart pup with potential, Toby is your guy!
