Description:

Mixed breed UTD, neutered Cosmo is about three and a half years old. He came from a bad situation in Vicksburg, is under-socialized but slowly emerging, and needs an adopter (with a fenced-in yard but no small children) willing to take him home, give him space and patience, and slowly win him over. In order to be considered for the adoption process, please fill out the adoption pre-interview form located HERE. This form MUST be COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED before inquiring about adoption. A representative from EMAR will respond in a timely manner. Adoption fees vary per animal based on age, breed, expenses, etc.
